We are seeking a skilled Dynamics 365 Business Analyst – Contract Role to join our team in a full-time on-site contract position. The estimated contract length is expected to last 2 years, but may vary based on business needs. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in Manufacturing Resource Planning (MRP), system customizations, and integrations, with the ability to work closely with business stakeholders to translate requirements into effective system solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead or support full Dynamics 365 Business Central implementation projects, including requirements gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, and deployment
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to document and translate business requirements into functional and technical specifications
  • Design, configure, and develop customizations within Dynamics 365 Business Central
  • Manage and support integrations between Business Central and third-party add-ons, ensuring seamless data flow and system performance
  • Develop reports, workflows, and extensions to enhance business processes
  • Support MRP processes, ensuring accurate planning, scheduling, and execution
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical and functional issues within Business Central
  • Provide end-user training, documentation, and ongoing post-implementation support
  • Ensure best practices, performance optimization, and compliance with system standards
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • 3+ years of experience with Dynamics 365 Business Central (or NAV)
  • Proven track record of leading or supporting Business Central implementations
  • Strong knowledge of AL and C/AL programming languages.
  • Experience integrating Business Central with third-party applications and add-ons
  • Familiarity with APIs, web services, and data migration tools
  • Experience with MRP processes within the manufacturing industry
  • Preferred knowledge of connecting external programs and platforms (CRM, EDI, payroll, work order management, e-commerce, reporting tools) to Business Central
  • Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with Power Platform (Power BI, Power Automate, Power Apps)
  • Knowledge of Azure services and SQL databases
  • Previous experience with Business Central upgrades and cloud migrations
