Compensation and Benefits
  •  $18-25 (depending on experience) hourly pay during training (minimum 6 months). After training, technicians are paid based on the flag rate.

Qualifications
  • High school Diploma or GED
  • Experience in 12V electrical systems, or related automotive electrical work – preferred but not mandatory
  • Ability to read and interpret schematics and wiring diagrams – preferred but not mandatory
  • Knowledge and experience using hand and power tools
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
  • Strong Work Ethic
  • Punctual and consistent attendance
  • Ability to bend, twist, reach, and lift to 50 lbs. without assistance
  • Must be reliable, safety-conscious, and able to work independently or as part of a team
  • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record required
  • Successful completion of Pre-Employment screens, including background check

Primary Responsibilities
  • Removal of factory interior and exterior equipment and parts
  • Install emergency lighting, sirens, consoles, radios, and other upfitting equipment on police, fire, and EMS vehicles
  • Interpret and follow build sheets, wiring diagrams, and technical specifications
  • Ensure all work meets safety, quality, and compliance standards
  • Collaborate with team members and supervisors to maintain workflow and efficiency
