The ideal candidate will have a great attention to detail, a strong work ethic, knowledge and experience with hand and power tools, and a desire to grow. Compensation and Benefits
- $18-25 (depending on experience) hourly pay during training (minimum 6 months). After training, technicians are paid based on the flag rate.

Qualifications
- High school Diploma or GED
- Experience in 12V electrical systems, or related automotive electrical work – preferred but not mandatory
- Ability to read and interpret schematics and wiring diagrams – preferred but not mandatory
- Knowledge and experience using hand and power tools
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Strong Work Ethic
- Punctual and consistent attendance
- Ability to bend, twist, reach, and lift to 50 lbs. without assistance
- Must be reliable, safety-conscious, and able to work independently or as part of a team
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record required
- Successful completion of Pre-Employment screens, including background check
Primary Responsibilities
- Removal of factory interior and exterior equipment and parts
- Install emergency lighting, sirens, consoles, radios, and other upfitting equipment on police, fire, and EMS vehicles
- Interpret and follow build sheets, wiring diagrams, and technical specifications
- Ensure all work meets safety, quality, and compliance standards
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to maintain workflow and efficiency
